The outdoor hot spring was really nice and relaxing after a long walk. The views from the room were stunning with a beautiful lake in the background. The food was good with the half-board package.
The Wi-Fi was not reliable and did not work well in our room. , the location was hard to get to with a 30-minute bus ride and a five-minute uphill walk.

The hotel location was very convenient, near the city center and easily accessible with public transportation. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during check-in. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese room and the beautiful view from the window.
The room was quite noisy due to the windows rattling in the wind, which kept us awake most of the night. the Wi-Fi connection could have been better, as it was spotty and slow.
